Who is ACF Development Group?
ACF Development Group was founded by Owner/Acquisitions Manager and Military Veteran Antione Fernandes in order to provide homeowners a fair and reliable way to sell their property fast even in a challenging real estate market. ACF Development Group is a Georgetown, Texas “local and veteran-owned company”, specializes in buying houses in “as is” condition. We are constantly looking to buy homes that are in need of minor repair and updating all the way to complete tear downs. In addition, we also purchase smaller homes within high end neighborhoods throughout the Central Texas area.
ACF Development Group currently specializes in renovating classic older Georgetown, Texas homes and will expand to begin to build new in-fill homes throughout Central Texas’ most desirable neighborhoods. We are a growing Design/Build Firm looking to renovate houses and improve neighborhoods, while providing our homebuyers with the highest quality homes available. ACF Development Group specializes in buying houses in “as is” condition.
During the 4th Quarter of 2020, ACF Development Group is expanding its services to provide homebuyers exceptional high end homes within Austin’s most desirable areas and its surrounding communities. While renovating old or building new homes, ACF will make it a priority to maintain the architectural integrity of the surrounding neighborhoods.
